Terms & Conditions
Terms for using Guess That Grade, submitting cards, purchasing services or digital products, and participating in GTG membership and community features.
Last updated: September 9, 2026
By using this website, creating an account, purchasing a service or membership, or submitting a card through Guess That Grade, you agree to these Terms and to any submission-specific disclaimer shown before completing your submission.
1. About Guess That Grade
Guess That Grade provides educational and entertainment-focused trading card pre-grading opinions, tools, content, and community features. Reviews may discuss centering, corners, edges, surface condition, and an estimated grade.
Guess That Grade is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of PSA, TAG, Beckett, CGC, or any other grading company unless specifically stated.
2. Reviews Are Opinions, Not Guarantees
Any estimated grade, subgrade, review, recommendation, or other grading-related feedback provided by Guess That Grade is an opinion based on the images and information available at the time of review.
A Guess That Grade review is not an official grading-company grade and does not guarantee the grade a card will receive if submitted to a third-party grading company.
Actual grading results may differ because grading standards, grader judgment, card handling, image quality, condition changes, and other factors may vary.
3. Submission Requirements
Users are responsible for submitting clear, accurate images and information. Submissions may be rejected if images are blurry, angled, cropped, obstructed, heavily affected by glare, or otherwise unsuitable for review.
Guess That Grade currently accepts eligible TCG cards for its viewer review service. Submission availability, queue limits, accepted categories, review requirements, and supported grading companies may change over time.
Users may be limited in the number or frequency of submissions they can have active at one time. Attempts to bypass submission limits or queue restrictions may result in rejection or restricted access.
4. Standard, Skip Prediction, and Priority Reviews
Standard Reviews, Skip Prediction options, and Priority Reviews may have different queue positions, turnaround targets, image allowances, availability, capacity limits, or pricing.
Turnaround times are estimates or targets only and are not guaranteed. Unexpected volume, technical issues, events, travel, or other circumstances may affect completion time.
Paying for Priority Review or using a membership Priority Review credit does not guarantee a particular grade, outcome, or exact completion time.
5. Payments and Refunds
Paid options, including Priority Review and any paid Skip Prediction option, are charged for access to the selected service or queue option.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once submitted. This includes submissions that are later rejected because uploaded images do not meet the stated photo or submission requirements.
Membership fees are separate from individual submission purchases and are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or where Guess That Grade determines that a billing or service error occurred.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Guess That Grade does not directly control those providers' systems, availability, or processing decisions.
If Guess That Grade is unable to provide a paid service because of an error on its side, the situation may be reviewed individually.
6. GTG Membership
Guess That Grade may offer an optional recurring paid membership. The current membership price is shown at checkout and may change prospectively.
Membership automatically renews at the applicable recurring price until canceled. Members may cancel future renewals through the available membership or billing-management tools.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewals but does not immediately end access. Membership benefits generally remain available through the end of the current paid membership period.
Failed, reversed, disputed, refunded, or otherwise unsuccessful membership payments may result in membership benefits being suspended, adjusted, or discontinued.
Membership benefits are available only to eligible active members and may include Skip Prediction uses, Priority Review credits, discounts on eligible digital guides, member badges or markers, member-only community access, Q&A opportunities, or other benefits described on the membership page.
Membership benefits have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
7. Membership Benefit Rules
Skip Prediction: Eligible members receive 1 free Skip Prediction use each membership month. The benefit does not roll over or bank. It may be used only while the Standard submission queue is open and accepting submissions.
Priority Review: Eligible members earn 1 free Priority Review credit after every 3 successful paid membership months. A maximum of 1 Priority Review credit may be stored at a time. Free member Priority Reviews share 2 active queue spots total. If both spots are in use, the member's earned credit remains saved until a spot opens.
Membership benefits do not guarantee that a submission queue will be open or that a benefit can be redeemed immediately.
Any member discount on digital guides applies only to eligible Guess That Grade products identified as participating in the discount and may not be combined with other discounts or promotions unless specifically stated.
Member badges, leaderboard markers, titles, or similar indicators are cosmetic account or community features. They do not represent professional grading credentials, certification, or endorsement by any grading company.
Monthly member Q&A access is intended as a recurring membership benefit, but scheduling, format, platform, and availability may vary. Guess That Grade does not guarantee a specific date, duration, topic, or individual question response.
8. Content Permission
By submitting a card for review and accepting the applicable submission disclaimer, you grant Guess That Grade permission to use submitted card images, card information, social media username, review results, and related submission information in educational, promotional, and entertainment content.
This may include content published on the Guess That Grade website and social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, without additional compensation.
You represent that you have the right to submit the images, information, and other content you provide.
9. Digital Products
Guess That Grade may offer digital guides, educational materials, downloads, or similar products.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, purchases of digital products are non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.
Digital products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, resold, redistributed, republished, uploaded for public distribution, or commercially exploited without written permission from Guess That Grade.
10. Game, Leaderboards, Badges, and Community Features
Guess That Grade may offer games, predictions, points, rankings, badges, titles, leaderboards, or similar community features.
Points, badges, titles, ranks, streaks, membership markers, and leaderboard positions have no cash value and do not represent professional grading qualifications.
Guess That Grade may correct scores, remove invalid activity, adjust game rules, reset rankings, modify titles or point systems, or restrict participation when necessary to address errors, abuse, manipulation, or changes to the service.
11. Financial and Grading Decisions
Guess That Grade does not provide financial, investment, appraisal, or professional grading advice.
You are responsible for decisions involving purchasing, selling, grading, cracking, resubmitting, trading, shipping, or otherwise handling a card.
Guess That Grade is not responsible for financial losses, changes in card value, grading fees, shipping costs, grading-company decisions, or grading outcomes resulting from reliance on a review, guide, tool, game, or other content.
12. Service Availability and Changes
Guess That Grade may open, close, pause, limit, reject, or modify submissions when necessary to manage volume, maintain service quality, protect the platform, or address technical or operational issues.
Features, prices, queue limits, turnaround targets, membership benefits, eligibility requirements, capacity limits, game rules, and other service terms may be updated in the future.
Material changes to recurring membership pricing will apply prospectively and will be communicated as appropriate before taking effect.
Guess That Grade may modify or discontinue membership benefits prospectively. Where reasonably practical, changes that materially affect paid members will be communicated before taking effect.
13. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the submission system, attempt to bypass queue restrictions, submit unlawful or inappropriate material, interfere with the website, access areas you are not authorized to access, or provide information or content you do not have permission to submit.
Users may not create or use multiple accounts, identities, email addresses, payment methods, or other means to improperly obtain, duplicate, transfer, or circumvent membership benefits, submission limits, queue restrictions, credits, discounts, promotions, game rules, or other platform controls.
Guess That Grade may reject submissions, remove or adjust benefits, correct account activity, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate access when misuse, fraud, abuse, manipulation, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms are identified.
14. Intellectual Property
The Guess That Grade name, branding, logos, graphics, website design, original written materials, guides, grading frameworks, game elements, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Guess That Grade unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, impersonate, or commercially use Guess That Grade intellectual property without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.
Third-party trademarks, card artwork, grading-company names, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guess That Grade and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services.
This includes, without limitation, losses related to grading outcomes, card value, purchases or sales, shipping, third-party grading fees, lost opportunities, service interruptions, account access, or reliance on Guess That Grade content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Third-Party Services and Links
Guess That Grade may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, social media platforms, grading companies, community platforms, ecommerce providers, or other websites.
Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Guess That Grade is not responsible for the content, availability, security, policies, or actions of third-party services.
17. Privacy
Use of Guess That Grade is also subject to the Guess That Grade Privacy Policy.
Information submitted through the website may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, administer, and improve the service.
18. Termination or Suspension
Guess That Grade may suspend or terminate access to accounts, memberships, submissions, community features, or other services when reasonably necessary because of misuse, fraud, abuse, nonpayment, chargebacks, security concerns, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms.
Termination or suspension does not create a right to payment, cash redemption, transfer, or replacement of unused promotional or membership benefits except where required by law.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
20. Changes to These Terms
Guess That Grade may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will be revised when changes are published.
Continued use of the website or services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where additional notice or consent is required by applicable law.
